Eric C M Lee 李仲明

Mr. Lee is the Founding Director of LCMA and a Registered Architect with a Master Degree in Architectural Conservation. He has over 30 years of practical experiences in different architectural and heritage conservation projects.

He has a wide spectrum of working experience in restoration, adaptive re-use, conservation and heritage study projects, besides his general architectural projects of residential, commercial, office buildings, shopping arcade, institutional developments and renovation projects. He has served many local major developers, NGOs, schools, churches and convents and other commercial or institutional clients.

Mr. Lee has also taken up different roles for building conservation projects, including the NPO’s Board of Directors, Clients' Representative, Project Architect and Heritage Consultant, and his dedications on architectural conservation and rich experiences in heritage projects have also led him to be a multiple-time UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage Awards winning Conservation Architect in Hong Kong, together with other local and overseas awards to honour the excellence of the heritage projects.

李仲明先生為LCMA的創始董事。李先生是一位擁有香港大學建築文物保護碩士學位的註冊建築師，於不同類型的建築和建築保育項目累積逾三十年專業經驗。

李先生的專業範疇涵蓋甚廣，除了參與住宅、商業、辦公室、商場、機構用地發展及室內改裝等建築項目外，亦曾以不同身份參與多個歷史建築物的保育、復修、活化、維修及研究等項目，例如項目建築師、保育顧問、非政府機構的董事會成員及客戶代表，項目客戶包括本地及海外不同的發展商、商業機構、非政府機構、學校、教會及宗教機構等。

李先生憑對建築保育的熱誠及豐富經驗，令他成為香港其中一位多次獲得聯合國教科文組織亞太區古蹟大獎的保育建築師，更屢獲本地和國際不同的保育獎項殊榮。
